Andrew Kirksey was born on August 31, 1974 to the parentage of Larry and Thelma Kirksey. At a young age, he dedicated his life to Christ and joined the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Andrew had a gift for cooking and worked as a chef at Anniston Soup Bowl for ten years.

He departed this life on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Tameca L. Kirksey; two sons, Delreco Stevens and Deion (Dayshia) Stevens; two daughters, Brittney Stevens and Breanna Kirksey; eight grandchildren, Angelca, Taniya, Cameron, Ja'marcus, Diamond, Tristan, Nahyrie, Madison and Aniyah; his siblings, Larry Jackson, Spencer Jackson, Roger Kirksey, Wendy Ragland and Jerome Jackson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
