Anthony Marquaris  "Non Fluke" Fluker was born to James Brooks and June Fluker on November 11, 1986 in Anniston, Alabama. Anthony was the second child born to his parents.

As a child, Anthony's church affiliates were Peter's Rock Holiness Church and Oconee Baptist Church, where he attended with his parents. He was a graduate of Anniston High School Class of 2006.

Anthony was employed at Super Value Warehouse in Anniston, Alabama. He met and married the former Donna Williams and accepted the responsibility of a husband and father. Anthony was known for his humor and the joy and laughter he brought when he entered a room. Anthony will fondly be remembered for one of his famous quotes, "DO IT – FLUKE – DO IT".

Anthony departed this life on Thursday, July 13, 2017. He leaves to love and cherish his memory: his wife, Donna Rena Fluker; his son, Anthony Marquarius Fluker, Jr.; his stepchildren, Crystal, Teddrick, Deion, Natasha and Christiean "Lanean"; his parents, June Fluker and James Brooks; his sisters, Kameisha Brooks, T'Keyah Brooks and Sheree Staples; his brothers, James Fluker and Dewaun Ball; four nieces; four nephews; godparents, Kenny and Elaine; his Super Value family; his classmates of Anniston High School Class of 2006; and a host of other relatives and friends.
