On Saturday, December 26,2015, God decided that 62 years was enough and it was time for him to come to his heavenly home. Harold Donnell "Don" Rhoden was born on December 20, 1953 to Maary Frances Rhoden and Harold B. Rhoden. during his journey here on earth, he confessed Christ and was baptized at the Jenifer Church of Christ at an early age. Don was a graduate of Munford High School Class of 1971. He joined the United States Army, where he received numerous awards. Being honorably discharged, he continued his work of labor at the Anniston Army Depot for 37 years until he retired.
He was united in holy matrimony to the Roberta H. Rhoden, who preceded him in death after seventeen years of marriage. Don leaves a beautiful legacy to be cherished by: his father, Harold B. (Esther) Rhoden of Carrollton, Georgia; three brothers, Phillip (Teresa) Rhoden of Anniston, Alabama, Gregory (Lois) Rhoden of Lakeland, Florida and Todd (Cassandra) Rhoden of Jonesboro, Georgia; four sisters, Wanda Faye (Quinton) Calloway, Kathy Tippins, both of Anniston, Alabama, Phyllis (Clement) Gamble of Sylacauga, Alabama and Cheryl Moore of Munford, Alabama; one uncle, JC Rhoden of Munford, Alabama; two aunts, Louise Morris of Talladega, Alabama and Cecily (Lee) Briskey of Munford, Alabama; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
