Jamice McCormick Satcher was born on October 4, 1958 in Anniston, Alabama. She was the oldest daughter of John and Hattie McCormick. She entered into eternal rest on August 26, 2015.

Her memory will be cherished by her survinving family: three children, Cindy (Artez) Stollenwerck of Calera, Alabama, Denitra (Tavares) Satcher of Oxford, Alabama, Fernandez (Shandra) Satcher, Jr. of Tuscon, Arizona; nine grandchildren; one sister, Gerri McCormick of Anniston, Alabama; two brothers, John Wayne McCormick and Gary McCormick, both of Anniston, Alabama; and a host of other relatives and friends.
