Ronald Williams was born in Jacksonville, Alabama to the parentage of Jessie and Mary E. Williams on June 23, 1950. He was the first African-American born in Jacksonville, Alabama to graduate from Jacksonville High School. After graduation, Ronald served his country and joined the United States Air Force. After this service, Ronald moved back to Alabama and later to Florida.

He was preceded in death by: his parents and a brother, Richard S. Williams. Loving memories of Ronald will always be cherished by: his daughters, Saskia (Sam) Madison and Shakira Williams; his son, Sacha Ronald Williams; their mother, Jennifer; six grandchildren; his brothers, Curtis (Rene) Williams, Timothy Williams, Victor (Brenda) Williams, David (Patricia) Williams, Jessie Williams and L.C. Hines; his sisters, Margaret Smith, Onna Williams and Mary Burnett; his aunts, Johnnie Wilson, Juanita Nixon, Elsia Adams, Ruby Keith and Secunda Horton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
