Rosie Lee White-Mathis was born March 19, 1949 in Anniston, Alabama to the parentage of James and Bernice White. She confessed Christ and united with the 16th & Noble Street Church of Christ.

She departed this life on September 29, 2013 at the Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama. Loving memories remain with: her children, Sheree Kenan, Solon Kenan and Orlando Tony Kenan; one brother, James Floyd (Dorothy) White; and a host of other relatives and friends.
