Wayne "Wizzard" Norris was born on December 26, 1961, to Mr. Howard Chivers and Ms. Mary Lou Williams.

He joined th Army Reserve and received numerous medals. He was a very dedicated worker, giving 17 years of labor to Goldkist Poultry and 14 years to Southwire. Wayne had a love of music and electronic gadgets.

On Monday, July 24, 2017, an angel was dispatched to his bedside and he peacefully answered the Master's Call.

Beautiful and loving memories remain with: his dedicated and loving wife, Victure D Norris; two daughters, Crystal L. Norris and Ashley Mcrath; one stepdaughter, Aneshia Taylor; six stepsons, Tracey Dark, Antonio Dark, Deriontae (Tiwanna) Taylor, Desmond (Starr) Taylor, Joffrey Taylor and Jesse Sherrod (Danielle) Taylor; his grandchildren; one brother, Alan Ogletree; two sisters, Vanessa Robinson and Deloris Bennett; two playground sisters, Portia Chivers and Delis Hershell (Chris) Roe; one aunt, Addie Mae (Cleo) Norman; one brother-in-law, Jerry (Deidre) Taylor; three sisters-in-law, Teresa (Phillip) Rhoden, Evangeline Taylor and Shelia Bradford; special friends, Ronald collins, Patrick Murray and Hersey Taylor; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Delois Chivers; his mamma/great aunt, Birdie L. Norris and his father, Howard Chivers.
