Mama was the best! She was giving, kind, and would help anybody. She was soft spoken but like her mother, don't push the wrong button because the real Martha would come out. Like they say, "the apple don't fall far from the tree." She found good in everybody and if you needed advice, she would say, "let me think about it" and would give an answer that made the best sense. "I love you" were the words that she used often and meant it.
Martha was preceded in death by: her husband, Charlie Leonard Tignor, Sr.; her mother, Alma Davis Kimble; her son, Morgan Wayne "Scottie" Scott; her grea-granddaughter, Bronya Charlisa Tignor; and her son-in-law, Ronald Eugene Thompson, Sr.
On Sunday, December 4, 2022, Martha departed this earthly life at home with her family. Cherishing her memories include: her loving and devoted daughter, Alma Scott Thompson; her son, Charlie Leonard Tignor, Jr.; eight grandkids; sixteen great-grandkids; and five great, great-grandkids; and a host of cousins and friends.
